After the USA, Spain, and Hungary, this is Argentina's turn to pay a tribute to Iron Maiden. The result is overall pretty average, although the intention is quite commendable. With a particularly ugly cover, this album does not contain any particular highlights, even if most of the bands show a genuine effort to emulate the British band, as well as some excellent musical abilities. This is yet again an item that is only recommended to collectors.
It is interesting to note that two songs have been replaced from the original Argentinian release for the album that was released in the US in September 2005, namely:
"Revelations" [Arkanus] replaced by "2 Minutes To Midnight" [Lörihen]
"Losfer Words" [Daniel Telis Project] replaced by "Flight Of Icarus" [Jeriko]
HUMANIMAL
– Stranger In A Strange Land (Smith)
This somehow heavier version of "Stranger In A Strange Land" is quite close to the original. The synth solo is quite interesting, though.
SELIDOR
– Be Quick Or Be Dead (Dickinson, Gers)
With a pretty interesting double-kick drumming, this cover is quite straightforward Power Metal that makes a change from Maiden's version. Great solos!
CARNARIUM
– Alexander The Great (Harris)
Who wouldn't love a Gothic version of "Alexander..."? The mix of grunts and operatic female vocals actually works fairly well with this band (remember the pathetic attempt of Opera IX to play "Rime Of The Ancient Mariner" on the Call To Irons tribute album?). The instrumental section is particularly well done, with a piano-like synth.
Almost as cheesy as the original, this cover of "Wasting Love" benefits from better vocals than the raspy singing Dickinson had adopted on the Fear Of The Dark album. This version is actually more enjoyable than Iron Maiden's!
The only band to hail from Brasil on this Argentinian tribute album, Arkanus seems to have disappeared from the Metal scene since the recording of this quite interesting cover. It's a shame, because they did a perfectly decent job here.

– Losfer Words (Big 'Orra) (Harris)
There isn't much to say about this fairly good cover from Argentinian "guitar hero" Daniel Telis and friends. The solos are a bit over-the-top, but this piece is nevertheless quite enjoyable (although not as much as the original!).
QUEMAR
– Prowler (Harris)
With strange electronic sounds during the intro, this cover of "Prowler" is nothing special, although not bad at all.
DEMENCIA
– Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son (Harris)
Although this song is quite well covered musically, the vocals of this Melodic Death Metal band are quite difficult to stomach and tend to ruin the whole atmosphere. The whole feel of this cover lacks the energy of the original.
JASON
– The Evil That Men Do (Smith, Dickinson, Harris)
If the singer had bothered learning how to pronounce English properly beforehand, this cover could have been quite good. It's in fact pretty bland, with an obvious lack of professionalism.
DÖSGENH
– Afraid To Shoot Strangers (Harris)
Hardly anything is known from this band, although their cover of "Afraid To Shoot Strangers" shows fairly decent talent among the musicians. Close to Maiden's version, this is nevertheless a good piece.
